1. When disconnecting your drive try not to excessively shake or jar it.

2. Make sure that you place it in an anti-static bag or wrap in aluminum foil.

3. Place in a box at least twice it's size.

4. Securely pack in bubble wrap or foam.

5. Include a completed Data Recovery Form in the box with the hard drive.

6. We recommend that you ship via FedEx or UPS overnight.

7. Be sure to include your return address on the package.
